Underwhelming stay. Expected more

limited room service surprise fee
the location was okay with easy access to transportation.
The room service menu was a joke, i've seen better options at roadside diners! i mean, for the price i was paying, i anticipated gourmet, not something that looked like it came straight out of a freezer box. also, the pet policy seemed like a bait-and-switch. They advertised as 'pet-friendly,' but my poor pooch wasn't allowed anywhere except the lobby or the room, and they slapped on a surprise €50 fee.
